Admission Process

We are pleased that you are interested in learning more about what an education at Theophany School can offer your child.  Here we provide an overview of the admissions process and we also encourage you to contact our Director, Leeann Plouffe, if you have questions at any time (781-444-3058).  We look forward to meeting you and your child!

Theophany School accepts applications for enrollment  from all children and will not discriminate against any child or their family on the basis of race, religion, toilet-training status, cultural heritage, political beliefs, sexual orientation, national origin, disability or marital status.

The Admission Process

1. INFORMATION

Read the Programs section of this website and/or request a school brochure by contact the school office (781-444-3058).

2.  TOUR

A personal tour of Theophany School and the classrooms with Director, Leeann Plouffe, by the child's parent/guardian is recommended for each family.  Please feel free to bring your child with you.  It is often helpful for parents and their children to get a feel for how they will interact with the School.  Tours are generally done Monday through Friday, between the hours of 9:30 and 11:30am.  Please contact the school office to schedule a tour.

3.  APPLICATION

Our application is available to download here.  If you prefer to receive a hard copy, please contact the school office. Tuition rates for the 2012-2013 school year are now available .  Complete the application and return it to Theophany School with a $100 (non-refundable) application fee (made payable to Theophany School).  New families applications will be taken first-come, first-served after December 20th.

If you are applying for financial aid, the on-line application and paperwork are due by March 1st.  Financial aid applications received after March 1st will be considered separate from those received by the deadline.  To read more about the process please click here.

4.  TUITION

Final decisions for classroom availability will be made no later than April 15th.  You will be asked at that time to return a signed tuition contract, along with your first tuition payment for the upcoming school year, no later than May 15th.  First tuition payments are NOT REFUNDABLE.
