Enrollment Process

We are pleased that you are interested in learning more about what an education at Theophany School can offer your child. Below, we have outlined the admissions process. We look forward to meeting you and your child!

1.  Schedule a Tour-This will allow you to see our school in action, as students start the day with play and prayer, before entering the routines of their classroom. We welcome you to ask questions about faith-based education, or our thematic curriculum and observe your child interact with his/her potential classmates. Before you leave, be sure to complete a New Student Inquiry Form so that we can inform you on upcoming events and welcome you to our family. 

2.  Complete an Application for Admission-This will express your interest in enrolling your child for that academic year. Click here to download a copy of our 2017-2018 Application for Admission

3. Complete an Enrollment Packet-Once we have received and reviewed your application, you will be contacted by our office and receive an Enrollment Packet. This extensive packet will review your family's program preferences, educationational/developmental history, health information, and parent expectations. Next, we will determine your payment plan and review any potential need for Finanacial Aid. If you have any questions while completing these forms, do not hesitate to contact us so that we may assist you
